Our Facilities

Our East Midlands care home is designed with our family members in mind, promoting independence and accessibility. We encourage all who live here to add personal touches to their surroundings to help make it feel more homely.

Outside each bedroom, we have an information sheet detailing the family members’ likes, dislikes, history, family details and any other fun facts about them. This helps staff and visitors engage in conversation with compassion and understanding, as well as providing mutual interests to discuss.

We have communal spaces, such as our living room, dining room, and garden room, where we encourage social interactions and group activities, as well as private or quiet spaces to allow for downtime and relaxation.

Each area of our home is themed, with hand-painted murals along the corridors, creating a warm, light-hearted and fun environment for all.

Some of our facilities, services, and additional resources include:

  • Personal newspaper/magazine deliveries

  • TV with remote control and induction loop for hearing aids

  • Regular religious services by local vicar

  • Monthly activities programme and committee involvement

  • Wheelchair accessibility with a lift between floors
